Hawaiian Tea Time for Women of Inspiration

Tea timeIt’s tea time! Ladies, dress in your Sunday best and bring out those beautiful hats. And yes, Victorian and Hawaiian attire is encouraged.

Kaua‘i’s First Lady Regina Carvalho will host a Hawaiian Tea Time honoring Queen Lili‘uokalani at Gaylords at Kilohana Aug. 3.

The fundraising event for Kaua‘i United Way will offer an afternoon of music, culture, culinary creations, and teas from around the world. Tea time is from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

Women_of_inspiration_Flyer-Tickets 8.3.14Cost is $65; part of the proceeds will go to the Kaua‘i United Way. Seating is limited and tickets are selling fast.

Tickets are available at Kaua‘i Museum in Lihu‘e; Kaua‘i United Way in Lihu‘e, Talk Story Bookstore in Hanapepe; Inkspot Printing in Lihu‘e; Coral Reef Hotel in Kapa‘a, and Ace in Princeville.
