Nominations for Outstanding Older American awards due Feb. 28

Nominations are still being accepted by the Agency on Elderly Affairs (AEA) for the Outstanding Male and Female Older American awards. The deadline is Friday, Feb. 28.

Nomination forms are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the AEA office, Līhu‘e Civic Center, Pi‘ikoi Building, Suite 330.

All of the nominees will be honored at a luncheon in May, and the awardees will be announced at the event.

The program is designed to recognize adults age 65 and older that have made exceptional contributions to their communities.
