Nominations are open for candidates for three positions on the Board of Directors of Kaua‘i Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC).
Candidates must be members in good standing and may be placed on the election ballot two ways, through nomination by the board’s Nominating Committee or by petition.
The chairperson of the Nominating Committee is KIUC Director Pat Gegen. Other members are Pam Burrell, Allison Fraley, Dr. Chia Granda, and James Trujillo. The committee will review applications from prospective candidates and will recommend nominees for the election ballot.
