Kalasara Setaysha, Chair of Koholo Leo (Whale Voice) speaking on “Who are the Whales?

Kalasara Setaysha has been a voice for the whales for many years through outreach, education and photography. Her passion is to help people understand and respect the intelligence, grace and true nature of these “gentle giants.”

Ms. Setaysha’s presentation will include:
· Whale biology and behaviors
· The science of whales’ sentient culture and societies
· Threats and challenges to the whales and their habitat
· Actions to take to help whales survive and thrive in our world.

This Free event is sponsored by the Friends of the North Shore Library at Princeville as part of the Dotty Nakea Memorial Speaker Program and by the Princeville Public Library.
