February 7, 2015 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
In this workshop we will be exploring examples of sexuality in modern literature, and using written works of art as inspiration to create our own. This workshop is great for fiction writers, memoir writers and poets. Poets – think Allen Ginsburg, Lucille Clifton and Adrienne Rich. Memoir writers, “A Chronology of Water.”
Writers attending the workshop will learn to go beyond sexuality and deeper into the vulnerable waves of human experience. By writing the truth and not leaving sexuality out of our writing, we release the shame…. and in doing so, bring our writing alive!
