KAUAI ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, INC (KEO) RENOVATION OF 4360 Pahee St. Lihue HI 96766 Building to a Certified Commercial Kitchen

KEO is receiving bids for the renovation of building owned by KEO at 4360 Pahee St., Lihue HI 96766 to a certified commercial kitchen:

• SCOPE OF WORK: Project includes but is not limited to: all tools, materials, and management for the in-place and renovation of the subject building as detailed in project plans and specifications.
• BIDDER LICENSING AND REQUIREMENTS: Bidder, shall at a minimum, hold a State of Hawaii type “A” Contractors License. This project utilizes State of Hawaii funds. Bidder shall follow federal guidelines for this project e.g., Davis Bacon Wages, Section 3 Reporting, etc. Time is of the essence in completion of the work, winning bidder should be prepared for expedited work product. Project is to be completed by June 21, 2024.

• SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Deadline for submission of proposed bids is on Tuesday, May 09, 2024, 12:00 Noon. Submissions must be hand-delivered to the KEO in a sealed envelope.
• SELECTION: A public bid opening will be held Tuesday, May 09, 2024, 3:00 PM at the KEO office.
