Aloha and Welcome to our new Community Stress Relief and Wellness programs at Stress Management Kaua’i!
Please join us for Community Wellness Classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Kumu Camp Pavillion (weather permitting).
Our weekly classes provide instruction in Stress Management, Self-Healing Techniques, Yoga for all levels, and a wide variety of effective wellness practices new and old.
Our techniques and practices are easy-to-use and are suitable for almost everyone regardless of age, physical condition or experience.
Classes include breathing techniques, tension relief practices such as gentle stretching, guided relaxation, guided visualization, meditation, and instruction in intuitive self-healing.
We offer Yoga classes and instructor training for beginners – advanced.
Our Introduction to Stress Relief Classes include group discussion and a review of the causes of stress and how to relieve the negative impacts of chronic stress.
Our weekly class schedule for August and September:
Mondays – Gentle Yoga for Beginners – 8 – 9:30am
Wednesdays – Energizing Yoga Flow – 8 – 9:30am
Fridays – Introduction to Stress Relief – noon – 1:30pm
Where: Kumu Camp Pavillion – 4274 Poha Road – Anahola
What to bring: mat, water, small pillow and a light blanket
Cost: Visitors: $15 per session
