Please have all participants review this information prior to parade day.

Parade starts at 9:30 am on Saturday, November 4, 2017

 The parade will leave the stadium staging area at 9:15 a.m. to make the 9:30 a.m. start time at the corner of Rice and Hoolako Street.

Staging Area – Vidinha Stadium Parking Lot:

 Staging area will be available for arrival of participants at 7:30 a.m.

 The parade units will be staging in the South parking area (industrial park side).

 Parking of private vehicles will not be allowed in this area.

 Point of contact for each unit participating will need to check in at the registration table. Look for signs.

 Floats/ Parade Vehicle entrance – Enter from Hoolako Street, enter stadium parking lot through the center entrance.

 Floats/Parade vehicles will be checked in and placed in the line-up and given final instructions.

 Participate Parking: Enter from the East end (soccer field side). Parking of participants private vehicles is available in this area (Sunshine Market side)

 Everyone must be in place by 9:00 a.m. and ready to move at 9:15 a.m.

 No trash receptacles will be available on site so please be responsible and take care of your trash.

 Participants are responsible to coordinate their own transportation.

 Everyone is asked to bring their own drinking water.

Parade Drivers

 PACE yourself and keep the parade flowing.

 Please follow instructions from parade volunteers.

 Spacing – Give the entry in front of you a large truck length…please!

End of parade is at the State/Historic County Building parking lot.

 Parking and staying? Volunteers will direct you to available parking.

 Pull to the side to unload, please do not block the flow of parade traffic.

 If exiting after the parade – drive straight through Eiwa Street and exit on Hardy St.

Road Closing: Hoolako, Halau, Oihana and Puaole will be completely closed to through traffic at 9:00 a.m.

Thank you organizers, participants and volunteers for your hard work!

We invite you to stay awhile and enjoy the program & live entertainment that will start immediately after the parade on the lawn of the Historic County Building.
