Nordic Walking is walking with 2 walking poles. It engages the entire body for an all-body fitness, while causing stability and protection for joints and spine. Learn this easy fitness activity in 8 weeks and stay healthy and fit as a life-long walker.

No cost for seniors (55 up) Poles are provided for students.

Mon 5-6:30 pm at Lihue Court Townhomes.

Tues 8-9:30 am and Weds 5-6:30 pm at Kapaa Neighborhood Center.

Fri 8:30-10 am at Lihue Neighborhood Center.

Thur 8:30-10 am at Kekaha Neighborhood Center.
