Free admission to the lecture.
For the potluck dinner, please bring a VEGAN dish (with recipe / ingredient list), or a donation— $10 suggested (free for children 12 and under). $25 gift certificate for the best dish!
Please bring paper and pen to take notes during the lecture.
Despite restrictive diet fads and billions spent on weight loss and health industries, 2/3rd of our population is still overweight, 1 in 10 experience chronic pain daily and it’s estimated 85% of Americans suffer from low self-esteem. With upwards of 70% of our thoughts being negative and often generated so automatically, we are unaware of our control. Low self-esteem can lead to addiction, social isolation and suicide. Fortunately disease and feelings of unworthiness are reversible. Learn how to lose weight, feel healthy and love yourself by transforming your self image and eating a starch heavy vegan diet!
Benjahmin Koenigsberg— is a professional therapist and success coach, supporting individuals transforming their mindset and lifestyle to become the person they were born to be. In addition, he has been practicing therapeutic bodywork for over 8 years and studying health, communication and consciousness for 20 years. For decades, Benjahmin suffered through depression and anxiety with poor body image and dis-ordered eating issues. After many failed weight loss attempts and a declining self-esteem, he discovered a starch based vegan diet and how to transform his thoughts and self image for success and happiness. Benjahmin is passionate about inspiring others to feel empowerment, pleasure and be creatively expressed!
