Wilcox Medical Center’s “A New You” program is a free, 12-week lifestyle-balance program that is designed to help participants reach their lifestyle balance goals by making gradual, healthy and reasonable changes in their eating and physical activity.
The next A New You program begins on Wednesdays from August 10 through October 26 starting at 5:30 p.m. Seating is limited.
