The returning band 1st Cut was joined by Kirby Keough, Day Day and Shilo Pa. Several food trucks and vendors lined up Rice Street. Police officers kept most of Lihu‘e’s main street closed to traffic from 2 to 10 p.m.
Seven graffiti artists created a mural on the wood panels covering the remodeling work of the building that used to house the Salvation Army. Their collaboration work resulted in a gigantic black and white wall depicting Kaua‘i’s beauty.
