All proceeds to benefit The Kauai Hawaii Society

PetCostumeContest Kukui Grove Center, in partnership with KONG Radio, Natural Pet Hawaii, and The Kauai Humane Society, present the first annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest on October 24th, in the Exhibition Area at Kukui Grove Center, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., hosted by KONG Radio.

“We are always looking for ways to make a contribution to help further the many good causes supported by the Kauai Humane Society, this is a fun friendly way to give back,” said Stacie Chiba-Miguel of Kukui Grove Center, “Most of the funding for the organization comes from private donations, anything we can give helps.”

The entries will be judged on four costume categories: most original, cutest, pet and owner look-a-like, and the scariest. One overall winner will be picked for the grand prize. Event sponsor Natural Pet Hawaii will be supplying the prizes for each category.

The registration fee is $10, with all proceeds benefitting the Kauai Humane Society. To pre-register and for event rules, visit the Kauai Humane Society before October 23rd. You can also register the day-of the contest, in the Exhibition Area at Kukui Grove Center, from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m.
