Local Doctor Returns Home to Serve Community

After living away from home for 10 years, Dr. Addison Bulosan has returned to Kaua‘i to serve his community as a doctor specializing in the care of the upper spine and neck area.

An alumni of Wilcox Elementary School and Kaua‘i High School, Bulosan was born and raised in Molokoa, Lihu‘e.

“I was helping so many people on the Mainland get healthier and I watched from a distance as my own family struggled with health problems. I knew I wanted to come home to help my family heal,” he said. “When I realized that the type of chiropractic work I do has never been available on Kaua‘i, I made my move.”

Ironically, it was by recovering from his own health challenges that hospitals on the Mainland could not resolve that led Bulosan to specialize and practice Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care.

“Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care resolves health issues by providing simple tests for each patient’s nervous system, which controls and coordinates all the body’s functions. Treatment is safe and effective for all ages,” Bulosan said.

Chronic migraines, chronic neck pain and a host of other health issues may see improvement through this care.

“If I had not gotten this type of chiropractic care while I was on the Mainland, I would not have been able to help the hundreds of people on the mainland get their health and life back,” he said. “I look forward helping Kaua‘i people become healthier.”

Bulosan’s office is in Lihu‘e and has opened on Sept. 8. The next 10 new patients initial appointment will receive a special introductory discount.
