(Honolulu, HI) On Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, the M/V Searcher will return to port following a 12-day research trip to explore the intertidal zones within Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands.  The team made some new discoveries regarding ʻopihi (limpet) spawning activity, which could aid in improving management of fisheries across the archipelago.
